1: What type of PP and PE raw is suitable to coat or laminate？

It must be Coating Grade PP or LDPE.

Please refer to related documents in "E-catalog".

2: What type of PP and PE raw is to make tape or monofilament?

It must be Yarn Grade PP or HDPE, and its MFI (Melt Flow Index) should be 2.5-5.5g/10min, such as T30S-PP, 5000S-HDPE.

PP of coating grade, film grade and inject grade can not be used to make tape and monofilament.

3: What is the density of PP and PE?

PP: 0.9-0.91g/cm3

HDPE: 0.941-0.965g/cm3

LDPE: 0.910-0.925g/cm3
